Hi all,

Thank you for us patience today as we had to try and wait out the storm. In case you missed it, we have to try and swim again tomorrow.  The plan is to see if we can do the meet virtually (we swim at our pool and they swim at theirs and then we combine the results), hopefully we will know for sure that we can do so ASAP.  I need everyone to let me know ASAP what your swimmers status is for tomorrow.  The meet will start at 6pm (hopefully at our pool) and probably finish within an hour.  We need for you to update your swimmers' status if 1) they were at the meet today but can no longer attend tomorrow or 2) if they were not available today but could now attend tomorrow.  

If they were at the meet today and can still be there tomorrow you do not need to do anything.  

Please make necessary changes ASAP an no later than 9AM tomorrow.
