A few reminders for tonight:

The pool address is: 4000 Weavers Pond Dr.

• Pool parking is reserved for visitors — first come, first serve
• Overflow parking is available at:Wakelon Elementary School / Town of Zebulon Park 8921 Pippin Road, Zebulon, NC
• Drop-offs may be made at the pool circle
• Do NOT park on the streets leading to either lot

Arrival time: 5:15 – Our team will begin warm ups at 5:30

Where to sit: Go through the clubhouse when you arrive. Our team will sit on the near side, to the right of the clubhouse. You may want to bring your own chairs as there may not be enough seating available.

Volunteers: There will be a meeting for timers, clerk of course, stroke and turn and order of finish prior to the start of the meet at 5:45 under the tent near lane 6. Kid pushers – check in with Kaleena

Concessions: They will have food available for purchase;

• Drinks & snacks will be available at the concession stand. We will also have Quesadilla and Hot Dog meals (chips & drink included) for $6. Cash and credit will be accepted.
• Sunset Slush will also be on-site!

Other:

Each swimmer should have their swimmer number written on each OUTER UPPER ARM. We have been asked to not use markers on the backs of swimmers. It stains the pool chairs and is very difficult to remove. If you must use a permanent marker, please place markings on areas that do not come in contact with seating — e.g., upper arm.

***Please let Coach Jennifer know if you are leaving prior to the end of the meet (before your child’s age group is finished swimming all events). The freestyle relays that happen at the end of the meet depend on swimmers staying until they finish.***

6 & Under Butterfly Heat- Swimmers who complete the full 25 yards will receive a small treat!

After the meet: All swimmers are invited to meet up for ice cream or slushies at Sunset Slush at 1300 N Arendell Ave, Zebulon, NC 27597

In the event of severe weather: the TSA reps will agree on the plan and communicate this to the team. The meet must finish through the end of breaststroke in order to be considered complete. A meet may not be delayed or interrupted for more than 60 minutes due to inclement weather. If the meet is interrupted more than once during an evening because of inclement weather, the meet will be stopped. If we do not complete the meet, the TSA reps will decide to either return the next day or finish the meet virtually.
