It's hard to believe it is almost the start of the summer swim season! Please see the below information about the practice schedule, meet schedule and other important information... 

The first day of practice is Monday, May 18th! 

Practice Schedule 

The practice schedule is as follows and will be the same throughout the season: 

4:30-5:30 - Ages 11 and up

5:30-6:10 - Ages 7-10 

6:10-6:30 - Ages 3/4 

6:30-6:50 - Ages 5/6 

The team practices Monday through Thursday until meets start and then Mon, Wed and Thursday, with swim meets being on Tuesday evenings once they begin. 

Swimsuits: 

The team suit will again be navy blue and can be purchased through the team or on your own. During the first practice we will again have the option to try on swimsuits and order from Kiefer aquatics. Just stop by the clubhouse before or after practice starting at 5pm until 7pm 

New Parent Meeting: 

Additionally, on the first day of practice we will hold a new parent meeting from 6pm until about 6:30/6:45pm to help answer any questions you may have and go over volunteer responsibilities 

Meet Schedule: 

As stated above, meets will be held on Tuesdays as follows: 

June 2 - Mock Meet (done for time trials) 

June 8-Away meet at Zebulon 

June 16-Home meet vs Lifetime 

June 23-Home meet vs Black Horse Run 

June 30-Home meet vs Planters Walk 

July 7- Away meet At Wendell 

July 14-Away meet at Raleigh Racquet Club 

Other Important Dates: 

Monday May 25th - Memorial Day - No practice 

Friday May 29th-Teen Social at Battle and Birdie (For age groups 13/14 and 15-18 - sign-up being sent separately)

Saturday June 6th - from 10am-12pm tentative clinic to work on things like starts and flip turns 

Saturday June 13th- tentative clinic 

Sunday July 12-End of Season Swim Banquet
